The Fit3D ProScanner is suitable for all ages and genders, although if you are under 18 we will require parental consent.

There are over 400 measurements the machine provides! The main metrics include 360 degree 3D Avatar images, Body Fat %, Basal Metabolic Rate (the amount of calories your body burns at rest), Lean Mass, Fat Mass, Posture Report and a Balance Report.

Yes! We have Fit3D Certified Coaches who will go over your results with you immediately after your scan and will also give you advice on how to improve your results if needed.

Yes your 3D images are private. Only you can see them, unless you have given permission for your Fit3d Coach or Trainer to view them.

A female Fit3D Coach will be with you in the room during your scan to guide you through the process/protocols leading up to your scan. If you prefer to get the scan alone, we do ask you beforehand and this can be done.

We are open for appointments from 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 12pm Saturdays. Please note these hours are subject to change, we advise to check the booking calendar for available appointments.

The appointment is for approximately 15 minutes, this includes the scan (40 seconds) and then time to go over your results and ask any questions you may have.

For the best results it would be best to wear tight fitted clothing as the machine takes measurements from a specific site and we want to avoid false readings and errors. For example, gym tights, bike shorts, skins, sports bras, knickers for females. Males would be in their jocks or skins and shirtless.

The Fit3D Coaches recommend a minimum of two scans. This is so you have the opportunity to compare your first (baseline) and second scans.

Once your scan is complete, you can immediately log in to the Fit3D website and access the portal - https://dashboard.fit3d.com. You can also download the My Fit3D App on the Play Store and App Store.

You’ll be able to see your results within 3-5 minutes. While you are waiting, your coach will guide you through a demo report. Your posture results will arrive in within the next 24 hours. You will be notified via email when your scan and posture results are ready for you to view.

If you have done at least 2 scans, you will be able to see a comparison tab on the bottom left-hand side of your dashboard in the Fit3D portal.

Your first scan is referred to as the Baseline scan. The comparison feature will show you your Baseline scan and your most recent scan, along with the list of your previous scans if you have more than two.

Yes, the Fit3D ProScanner is 100% safe - there is no electrical current. The Fit3D ProScanner uses infrared depth mapping cameras to get the information used to create our avatars. The sensor is very similar to the Microsoft Kinect that is used in 10s of millions of households worldwide to play video games, or to the technology used in the iPhoneX for face scanning. Conditions including pregnancy, implants, pacemakers, etc will not affect results or be affected by the scan.

Unfortunately no you cannot. Your profile and previous scans are based on the information that we have received from you, and cannot be transferred or gifted to another person.
